cannot validate Microsoft flight simulator x

Flight Simulator X isn't. That is an old game. However Microsoft Flight Simulator is.

Disk one and disk two installed fully but when I put in the code to activate the program Microsoft will not validate it.

I try to validate it with the key code in the box and it refuses to validate. I contacted Microsoft support but it is only a recorded program that tells me I have installed the program too many times and it will not activate the program.

I would like to clarify, did you purchase it on Microsoft Store or Steam?

Have retried five times and still the same reply. According to our records you have exceeded the number of times you can activate the program.
