Cannot use/play Minecraft with Mojang account - Java Edition

In fact, the game was bought from MOJANG Studios / minecraft.net in 2018 and then my account had to be migrated to Microsoft account( it was a system generated process to migrate Mojang account to Microsoft account). Now, I'm not able to login with the (same email address) and the error message is wrong password. There is an option to login with Mojang account but again the error is wrong password ( password recovery function doesn't work - I'm not getting any email from Mojang to set a new password). I have discussed this many times by email with minecraft.net and Mojang, they are aware about the problem ( there are many others as well probably) and they are asking me to get in touch with Microsoft as they can no longer help.

If you are having a wrong password error when you try to log in with the account in which you migrated your Mojang account, you need to follow the Microsoft reset password process

Ok, i understand, but you said the error when you try to log with the Microsoft account ( you can't use the Mojang login anymore, just the Microsoft login) you have a password error message, that means you are using the wrong password of the Microsoft account, if that's the case you must reset the password

If what you try say is that what you want is to get a refund, it's not possible due to how long has it been since the purchase of the game.
