Discus and support cannot use dashboard offer in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; On my xbox live dashboard it offers me discounted xbox live.     On my xbox live dashboard it offers me discounted xbox live. When I click into the offer its shown at full price. I have tried going all the way intof the offer and tried on my laptop and phone but still showing the full prices.

    I have been talking the the xbox team and they have suggested to try here.

    still neither of my cards work.
    Get the message:

    "this code cannot be used for this offer".

    I am entering them when trying to download a track from RB2 as I cant see how to add the damn things on the horrible new dashboard

    Yeah, that's why it's a dashboard offer and not a rewards program offer. Rewards support cannot help with dashboard promotions.

    Yeah, that's why it's a dashboard offer and not a rewards program offer. Rewards support cannot help with dashboard promotions.

    You cannot get a $12 for 12Months, that offer does not exist.

    But the one that is shown on your dashboard is a really good offer($1 For 1Month).

    I recommend you purchase that offer.

    You might see some other offers popping up later on in the months.

    you used to be able to "force" a dashboard offer by trying to use gold only apps such as netflix,but even that hasn`t worked for a long time.

    The $5 a month offer really only means you pay $60 and it comes out to be $5 a month. So you do have to pay the $60 up front.
