    Cannot Upgrade Microsoft Jigsaw Puzzles to Premium Version


    Why can't I upgrade Microsoft Jigsaw Puzzles? Enter Credit/Bank Card info and will not process!!! Contacted financial institution and everything on that end is working fine. Called Microsoft and they tried. DID NOT WORK!!!!

    new computer no puzzles

    I bought a new computer then logged into microsoft jigsaw. It let me log in but my puzzle collection is gone and so is my premium upgrade. WTF ?

    I too have this problems, started a day or two ago. Problem exists on both my W10 desktop and W10 Surface Pro 3 PC. I have the Premium version for $9.99/year. Uninstalled on both machines and cannot re-install on either machine, Download starts and when
    license is acquired the same error message show up again. Hey Microsoft, time to fix this. I have downloaded Jigsaw Premium Puzzle from the store until the XBox Jigsaw gest fixed. If not fixed soon, forget this MS game, very disappointing as it is not the
    first time I have issues with this MS Jigsaw puzzle game.

    I'm getting it now in the regular jigsaw puzzles as well. It's freezing so bad that I have to close it out because it doesn't come back. I play the Solitaire games a lot and the mah jong often and so far haven't had any problems with them. I was considering
    getting the premium version of the puzzles but I'm sure not paying anything as long as this happens. (For all I know there could be problems with the premium, too.)

    Hello Thomas,

    Thanks for the update on the issue. If you are having an issue with the address on the payment instrument. You will need to try and get a payment instrument from the same region as you. This is the same issue that Xbox users have with different regions on
    their payment instruments. If don't have one or unable to get, you can always try a paypal.
