Cannot update Sekiro

Stevens, you can Contact Xbox Customer Support by following
this link and requesting for a call back. This should queue you up and let you know a time frame to expect a call back from an agent.

I've just realised that i cant download any games or updates. I'm using my phone to tether a connection, but that's not been a problem before. How do you contact them because you can't chat with anyone online anymore?

Well it appears you have done every single step that is required. So I would suggest contacting xbox support.

Sekiro, any time of the day. Even frustrating on some point, Sekiro is challenge and piece of art. Highly recommended.

If it is reinstalling, then I doubt it's hiding somewhere on the internal hard drive, was the game saved to an external hard drive?

In regards to your monthly internet allowance, I would recommend you try to wait until the end of your internet monthly allowance and then update all your games (that is what I used to do). You can also uninstall Sekiro, take your console to offline mode,
insert your Sekiro disc, then it will install what is on the disc and you can play Sekiro. Please note that this will mean that you are not playing the most recent version of the game, and you will be playing offline.

Also since you limited monthly internet, you might want to make sure that your games, apps and console are not updating automatically.
