    Cannot unmute one friend


    My son plays Fortnite and yesterday tried to unmute a friend, who had been accidentally muted. He could not unmute him. He could hear everyone else in the party. Still has the problem today. Tried all suggestions from the many, many posts regarding this
    issue. Nothing has worked! Both he and I are very frustrated. From the amount of posts on this issue, it is clearly a bug. PLEASE FIX IT. is making my son really unhappy

    Xbox party problems

    This had happened to me quite a few times now and recently done it again to one of my xbox friends.

    When joining a party with them it says there are muted and I cannot unmute them even when I spam the unmute button.

    This is highly annoying and if anyone knows anything about it please tell me, iv hard reset my Xbox. Still doesn't let me unmute my friends

    Help please! Friends are muted perminately

    Help please! Some of my friends became muted and now cannot be unmuted! As soon as I press unmute it mutes then again! Please please help unmute my friends as it’s the only way I can communicate with my friends! Please help me! Thank you!

    Hi turbotrio3!

    This was a known service issue that has since been resolved; if you
    remove your profile     from the console, then power cycle the console, then sign back into your profile, do you still see the same issue?

    Same here since this weekend. My friend cannot unmute me. Nat is open on both sides and he can unmute and hear me with another account on the same device. Very frustrating. Lost several hours of game play on a weekend because of this.
