Cannot unblock multiple players game for my child's account

Hello,

You cannot download game demo's that are RP (Rating Pending), or M (Mature Rating) if you have a child account (under the age of 18) on Xbox LIVE. These game demo's are considered promotional/adverts and are considered under a different category which cannot
be unblocked from parental settings.

You're actually showing as a Gold member so I'm assuming it's a child account issue. You will have this issue for all RP/M rated demo's on Xbox LIVE.

Are you using a child account?

If yes please try to change the birth date of a child account:

1. Using the parent's Microsoft account, sign in to your account on https://family.microsoft.com.

2. At the bottom of the Your Family page, select Manage my child's profile info.

3. In the Manage permissions page of the child's account that you want to change, at the right, select Edit this child's personal info and then follow the instructions.

Check your Xbox settings:

Go to "Settings" and then "Privacy" and unblock anything under Content and unblock Partner Marketing.

It cannot be unblocked by any of us here.

When you sign in and go to Settings | Account | and go two clicks to the right to Account Security then look for Promote Child Account to Adult. If you do not see that, then check your age at account.live.com as your age could have been entered incorrectly
there.

You can unblock a player at any time by sending a message or friend request to the affected player.
