    Cannot Syncing Epic Games and Microsoft accounts


    Cannot sync log into Epic Games and Microsoft -same email account used. Epic Games associated with specific FortNite account. Had been playing FortNite on Nintendo got a new Xbox and want to play on it, but cannot sync to be able to access the FortNite account.

    nope, if purchased via Microsoft store then you need to load up on an Xbox console with an Xbox account that is linked to an epic account then it will sync, you cannot just purchase on the Microsoft store via pc and have it auto transfer to the epic account.

    lost all of my stuff on fortnite after i unliked it. is it possible to get the stuff and data back?

    open a ticket with epic, it clearly states when unlinking that all in game items are tied to that epic account, also your microsoft account can only be relinked with that epic account anyway. microsoft cannot do anything.

    they are added to your microsoft account and sync to epic when you sign into fortnite via console or cloud. if you play on pc then request a refund then purchase via epic or in game only.

    then you need to launch fortnite on the xbox console to sync the new items with your epic account, if you cannot do this then you will have to request a refund and the repurchase from then in game store on PC.
