Cannot switch to my old gametag

Well, maybe I dont tell exactly my problem. I try it with other words:

I bought the game with my regular email adress. That ist the email adress I also use to login in my microsoft account and I still use this email adress.

Somehow (and I dont know why it is so) I have now another gamertag but i still use the same email adress.

Because of this, I cannot login in another way in my microsoft account.

The game I bought (Minecraft) seems to be linked to my old gamertag.

I hope that someone from microsoft can look in my account details and fix this problem, because it is not very cool to buy a game and than have no access to this game

After migration to Microsoft, you can only play the game with the email / gamertag that purchased it. To play with the other one you'll need to purchase the game with it as well.

You'll need to contact support directly for assistance on this issue Christoph. You can do that by going to the contact us page and requesting a call back

Try to use the Microsoft account which you migrated the game to. That's the one that should work

thanks for you advise, but I logged in with the emailadress with which I bought this game and cannot see it. This is my problem. It seems so that the gametag was changed but it is still the same email adress for my login.
