    I mysteriously cannot switch to an existing profile on the XBox one. A gray message box flashes momentarily but then disappears and I'm stuck in the other profile. No error message or code. I checked the account on account.live
    and I can login fine from a browser. I even changed the password in a browser and re-logged in with the new credentials, but same annoying behavior on the Xbox one. Is there at least a way I can recover my game settings and transfer them to another account
    on the Xbox?

    I planned on starting from scratch because 1) I wasn't far in the first place and 2) I don't remember anything that happened.

    Thank you for the suggestion. Unfortunately, that didn't help. On top of being unable to switch to her profile, I also can't do any profile management or add/manage profiles. It's weird, I can sign in and out of my profile, but I can't switch to hers and
    I cannot add or change anything to the profiles. Any other suggestions?

    Ok, it is the home profile/console. I figured it out, both GT need to be logged in for the nongold GT to see what the gold profile is doing on the activity feed and that's when Netflix works, and everything else(unless I'm missing something). Although, on
    the GOLD profile I still cannot see what the nongold profile is doing on the activity feed.

    I created a world on Minecraft for the switch but my sons user profiles cannot access it. They can join but only if my user profile logs in.

    As you say, extremely frustrating!

    Press the Xbox button the console to open the guide, then choose your profile. There's an option there to sign out and switch profiles.

    Hey there kazbear123!

    When you sign in, are you using a second controller or are you using one controller? Generally, I recommend signing out of that profile and signing into the intended profile of use unless both players are using the Xbox One. This reduces the chance for any
    profile issues.
