    Cannot subscribe with 3 month discounted Pass after subscribing while in Beta (Southeast Asia)


    When Game Pass was in beta here in the Philippines a few weeks ago, I subscribed for one month with the initial pricing of Php 5.00. Now that Game Pass is fully launched, there is now a better discounted price of Php 49.00 for 3 months. I cancelled my existing subscription to get this one but I only have the option to subscribe for one month with the regular price of Php 119.00

    According to your Xbox Forum post: Message for Windows Gaming Insiders who participated in the PC Game Pass Southeast Asia... (xbox-forums.com) , we should still be able to subscribe with the discounted price.

    I do not have the "Turn off recurring billing" option anymore as I have already cancelled my subscription.

    Can you help me so that I'll be able to subscribe also? Thank you.

    Contrary to the above, whilst you can stack up to 36 months of Ultimate, whether you can stack the discount code is a different matter as it depends on the T&Cs of that code....sometimes promo codes can only be used by new subscribers and cannot be used by exisiting subscribers
