    Cannot Stop Install of Games or install new games Windows 11 Xbox APP Game Pass


    Hey All-

    Hoping for help here or I'm going to have to cancel my GamePass service. About a month ago I tried installing a game from GamePass called Stellaris. The game never downloaded- it is stuck on Queued- I cannot cancel the download or pause it. Any other games I try to install will not download and now cannot be cancelled. I have tried every help option short of doing a completely fresh install of Windows. Nothing is working-every time I reinstall the Xbox and log in those same games are stuck in the installation Queue and I cannot make progress.

    Looking for help to get the Queue cleared so I can start fresh- otherwise I guess I'm cancelling Game Pass and moving on. This help feature will not upload my screenshot but I can provide directly if needed.

    Yikes- well that seems short sighted on Microsoft’s side. Guess I’ll just cancel the subscription until they finally decide to make this an app worth using.

    Oh, I understand. There's no option or way to do that though. You'll be needing to have or use a different account in order to have fresh save or licenses.

    Hey-thanks but when I say I have done everything short of a total windows reinstall I mean everything.

    Is there a way to reset my account and clear out all games I have download / attempted to download? I think the issue is with the Stellaris game as these issues arose after attempting to install it. It is sitting 1% and cant be cancelled- restarted- or paused.
