Cannot Signup

    I keep getting the message saying I cannot signup and to contact support. Can someone take a look at my account and see whats up?

    Add a minor

    you cannot have two accounts under one email you also cannot signup a account with no email but you can use parental settings where you can set restrictions to what he can do

    cant recover account

    I keep getting the message 'Xbox live signup is currently unavailable. Please try again later.

    Have follow the steps on the Xbox live trouble shooting page but still cannot recover account.

    any ideas ??????
