Cannot sign up for Minecraft

Minecraft Launcher,Bedrock Edition,and Dungeons have the same problem.

I'm in China Mainland.Someone suggested me to use a VPN but I don't have one.

As it's known to all that many websites are blocked by the government.I wonder whether xbox was blocked.

If in the region you are living currently, there's no access to realms, you won't be able to play them in any way that we can suggest, as that would be a violation to the terms of service of Microsoft

However, the message you are seeing it's mentioning that you have internet issues, have you checked if you can play other games online?

Unfortunately, Minecraft and Minecraft Dungeons is blocked inside of Mainland China and not officially supported in the region by Mojang. However, there is Minecraft China, which is free to play and supported by most devices. You can learn more about this edition of the game here: https://mc.163.com/ Xbox itself isn't blocked but many features are restricted or modified for use within Mainland China.

I'm also on iOS and cannot sign into my Xbox account through minecraft pe

Thank you for this but unfortunately even after this i still cant login to xbox or minecraft. On the Xbox app i press sign in and the sign in screen pops up for 1 second and disappears and for Minecraft when i try log in the sign in screeen takes a long time to pop up like 2/3 min and then when i press lets play it says this "We couldnt sign you in to Xbox Live ,The system cannot find the file specified." and when i press more info i get this error code 0x80070002

The "ownership" of the Windows 10 Version of Minecraft is determined by being signed in to the Microsoft Account that you used to redeem the code you got from the Java Version.

If you are unable to sign in to your Microsoft Account, you can't access your license.

So we need to troubleshoot your sign in issue first.

What prevents you from signing in? Are you getting an error message? Are you able to sign in on
https://account.microsoft.com?

If so, can you go to
https://account.live.com/Proofs/Manage and check if your security information (i.e. secondary emails, phone numbers etc.) are up to date and accurate?

While already there, make sure that you have Two Step Verification enabled, and the Authenticator App set up on your phone.

If you are able to sign in on your Microsoft Account on these pages, make sure that you use the same Microsoft Account to sign in on your Windows 10 device.

Uninstall Minecraft from your computer, and then on the store install Minecraft for Windows 10 again.
