    When I attempt to sign in, the prompt disappears.

    I have both a personal and work account on the PC

    Hello again, after all these procedures, try to uninstall the App, restart the Surface and install the App again.

    Same problem both ways. The instant I click "sign in" it disappears.

    Brand new surface laptop.
