Something is wrong with my microsoft account. At first I couldn't log into minecraft.net; I would click sign in with microsoft account, login, and it would bring me straight back to the login page again, only the login with microsoft button did nothing but refresh the sign in box. So I tried logging into the microsoft page, and a similar thing happened. The second i type my email in and click next, the sign in box would load for a split second, and refresh. The whole time at the bottom it would say "we found an account you can use here", the same account im trying to log into, i click it and again, refreshes the sign in boxes.

I've tried Chrome, Opera, and Safari on IOS. Same problem on all devices and browsers. I tried clearing all cookies, didn't fix it. I could log into minecraft.net and microsoft with a different account no problem. I've went into my windows settings, and accounts, and removed and readded the account on windows, didn't work. I can log onto the minecraft launcher and xbox windows app just fine with the same login details, just not minecraft.net or microsoft login.

I am just trying to login to minecraft.net with the same account that I migrated my mojang account to. This account for some reason is causing problems.

EDIT* I cannot access some xbox pages either, like https://account.xbox.com/ChangeGamerTag to change my gamertag, or https://social.xbox.com/ . Just blank screens with the xbox hexagonal background. I am however able to go onto https://account.xbox.com and see that I am logged in.

I have not tried resetting my password as there is nothing wrong with my login details. It simply wont accept even my email when i try to login. I CAN access microsoft store, microsoft windows account, xbox app, minecraft launcher with microsoft login. These work fine.

Minecraft.net and microsoft login website do not even accept even my email, as it refreshes the page when i click next.

I can sign into microsoft store app on windows PC. However, it does not require a password it requires windows PIN number. Microsoft store uses microsoft account settings to login, and PIN to verify user.

Or, if you're able to do it, try sign in the Microsoft Store app on a Windows PC.

Changing the password helps us to isolate the issue, are you able to check if maybe you have two steps verification on your Microsoft account?

And if possible, try disabling it temporarily:

And if possible, use a different wifi network or create a new user on your PC to see how it goes:

To identify if you have the same issue as me, try logging in using the Minecraft Launcher and it should tell you why. In my case my account had been blocked due to attempts to gain access to my account.

To fix it you need to reset your password.
