    Cannot sign into my main, ever


    I have had many problems recovering my account for a while now..

    My email is accessible, but I do not remember any details from an account that I had abandoned like a year ago. (Moved to PC Gaming).

    But now I want to go back to my Xbox account, now that I have an Xbox to play Lan Party games.

    The problem is that I do not remember the security questions, or the personal information; because as a kid I had HUGE privacy problems, so all the details on my profile were dumb and fake. When I press "Forgot my password" it only prompts to send a code
    to a phone number I do not have access to any longer.

    Would anyone be able to help?

    Same here I cannot sign in at all on my main profile but yet my sons is fine??

    Cannot sign into my account

    Every time i try and log onto my account i keep seeing 0x87DD0004 and i can't even sign into account.live.com, what is going on???

    24hrs ago I got the same error and now cannot download my profile or join xbox live on any console with my main gamertag

    Can't sign into another profile

    I'm having the same problem. Can only sign in the main profile. My son cannot sign in for co-op. Just get that never ending spinning circle. Hard reset was no help.

    Hey there XsMaRtYpAnTsX66!



    I think your problem may be to do with your gamertag. This likely won't be anything you've done, but the connection can get a little messed up sometimes.

    To fix this, you'll need to delete your gamertag. This will need to be deleted by going into System, Storage, All devices, Gamer Profiles, the profile that you use to sign in, Delete, Delete profile only. This last step ensures that all the saved games you
    have associated to the profile is saved, and no progress is lost.

    You'll now need to re-download your profile. You can do this by choosing to sign in from the dashboard, choosing "download profile", entering your accounts password/ email.



    This should hopefully let you play again but if you ever need any more help let me know in a reply and I'll do my best to help :)
