    Keep getting the error everytime i try to sign in on my pc everything works on xbox

    the message appears when trying to sign into the xbox app thats the only platform on my PC that doesnt allow me to access my Microsoft account

    and yes window is up to date

    Close the Xbox app, open or install the Xbox Companion app, log in with your account, then open the Xbox app and see if it resolves the issue

    Does this error message appear in the Xbox app or in a specific game?

    Also make sure you have all Windows updates installed, including optional/additional updates.

    Go to settings time and language>date and time and leave your time zone as automatic and click sync now.
