    When trying to sign into the design labs site to order a controller I get the error

    Your Microsoft Account doesn't contain an email address. Please update your Microsoft Account and try signing in again.

    I have updated my email address and still have the same issue

    I take it you are trying to use the Xbox Design Lab? Try to contact support and say you're having trouble with the controller design lab. Or see if there is a support page/email/number on the controller design lab website.

    If by "this website" you mean the
    Xbox Design Lab     then yes. The customized controllers you order via the Design Lab website are all wireless, and can be transformed for latency free wired gameplay by connecting them with a Micro USB cord to the console.

    You need to be signed in with your Microsoft account to purchase. I just realised I said you to look into your Microsoft account order history for the Design Lab purchase. But the order should show on the Design Lab website order history instead, sorry about that. Please look at:
