    I have the Xbox 360. I have been playing Battlefield for years. Today I cannot as I keep getting the message "your gamer profile does not have the correct permissions to access xbox live". I have googled and found Settings - Family - content control and
    tried on and off but there is no change. I cannot play now. Could you please tell me what I can do, I have tried chat and cannot get anyone. Thanks
