So I stumbled upon a error when trying to sign in to the Xbox app, It says.

Please try again later.

Xbox Live Inbox Messages will not Sync with Xbox App on Win 10 1607

Having a sync issue with xbox live messages. Can view on android app...on beta app...cannot view any messages at all on the supplied installed version of the Public Release App (Ver 22.24.1006.00000).

Cannot send any messages to anyone via the app either!

Win 10 currently fully updated as of 13th December 2016. Have signed out of Xbox app from within the app...signed back in and no change.

Also signed out; diskclean up performed; signed back in....still the same!!!

cannot sign in

Login on Windows 10, with Microsoft Account, but I cannot sign in Microsoft Sudoku. It shows

"Sorry, we can't sign you in. Please sign in at Xbox.com, then start this app again."

However, bith Xbox App and Web Xbox.com are signed-in.

Any suggestion?

I had the same problem running xbox games on windows. The sign in problem had been ongoing for about a week. At 10:30pm ET this evening a BIOS update was pushed to my PC. Once the update was completed, xbox game returned to working
completely correctly. If you receive a bios update, complete the steps.

I signed out on Microsoft Store App, and then signed back in using the same Microsoft account, but I cannot sign in on Xbox App it says, "We couldn't sign you in to Xbox live " and gives this error number: 0x8015DC0B.

Make sure you Windows is updated fully and the try again.

To log into the app you will need to use your MS account to get the information you need for that account. I am not sure I am understanding what you are trying to do. Maybe you can explain it more fully.
