Cannot sign in Taptiles

Discus and support Cannot sign in Taptiles in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Like the title said, game progress is not synced.     Cannot sign in Taptiles


    Like the title said, game progress is not synced. In game, it suggests to sign in at Xbox.com, which i successfully did but still did not fix the problem! I can sign in other games such as tentacles, etc.

    Tries install and reinstall, doesnt work either.

    One other thing, I cannot sign in Minesweeper either, so i uninstalled it.

    2 Days Sudoku not signing into XBox

    Last 2 days Sudoku will not sign into XBox. Cannot do the daily challenges.

    It's been 3 days that Taptiles cannot sign into XBox.

    What is going on and when are we going to see some fixes?

    Cannot get updates

    I cannot use Taptiles since it says that it needs an update. Store says that there are no app updates for my Win 8.1 computer. I have verified that I am signed into the Store and Games, but no update is available and Taptiles will not work completely.
    Please correct ASAP.

    Taptiles update Windows 8.1

    Hi Helen, I am having a similar problem, can sign into xbox.com and also ok with mahjong and solitaire but taptiles knocks it all out and cannot open the store at all for the update. Maybe a stand alone update for taptiles might fix it. I also have windows
    8.1.

    What do I do to get this fixed in taptiles I cannot sign in to my daily challenges and I have had my computer technician has also tried and cannot do it either is there an update coming to fix this
