Cannot sign in and cannot sync 360 save games on series x for weeks

I have confirmed my network is fine, i cleared the 360 cache and now it wont even pull down save games from MS cloud. It wont allow me to sign in to 360 live services. This all started when my 2 year gamepass sub ran out and it switched to 1 month GP ultimate reward auto redemption. What else can i try? I have just ourchased a ton of 360 games to play…

I am sorry to hear that.

This has been affecting more users, there is no official confirmation about what is causing it.

Some players successfully fixed the issue by changing the Port Selection on the connection settings, from automatic to manual.

Go to Profile and System > Settings > General > Network Settings > Advanced Settings> Alternate Port Selection > Manual > Choose any from the Menu starting with a 4 or 5 (Example: 49215 or 57165).

I have also completely removed my profile on the series x and added it back again, zero change to issues above

Unfortunately, you cannot directly connect your Xbox 360 hard drive to your Xbox Series X. However, you can still transfer your saved game progress from your Xbox 360 to your Xbox Series X using cloud storage¹. Here's how you can do it:

1. On your Xbox 360, sign in to your Xbox Live account.
2. Go to `Settings` > `System` > `Storage` > `Cloud Saved Games`, and select `Enable`.
3. Start the game on your Xbox 360 and save your progress to the cloud.
4. On your Xbox Series X, sign in to the same Xbox Live account.
5. Start the game on your Xbox Series X, and your saved progress should be available.

Your saved data would need to be stored on the cloud in order to move it to the Series X. If you had that set up before your console went out, then the games will sync the data when you start them on the Series X. Otherwise, you'd need to be able to sign into the console to enable cloud saves unfortunately.

Yes im signed into the same account on the series x and yes my cloud game saves were enabled on the 360
