    Cannot Share Xbox Live For Some Reason


    I just got a new xbox for my brother and want to share my games and Xbox live so I set the new xbox as the home Xbox for my xbox live account and then logged into his already existing account on the xbox n it didn’t share gold just the games. Then I tried
    creating a new account and it still wouldn’t work. (I put both of them into my “family”)

    That's odd - can you clarify further what you're seeing that indicates that your Gold membership is not sharing on the Home console for your account? If you're seeing any specific error messages when trying to connect with a different account on that console,
    please include a picture of those messages.

    Also, can you please let us know the
    Console ID     of the console that you're seeing this trouble with?
