Cannot share any of my games with my children in our network

I apologize for the trouble. You can try checking if you're eligible for an extra switch by following the steps below:

Select System > Settings > General > Personalization, and then select My home Xbox.

April 2023 is next year not a year and a half

And this is why you don't use home console as a toy

Its best to use as needed

You can ask xbox assist can't make this my xbox and hope for the best

If you however dont get the survey then is not going to happen as ita random

And no support can't offer nore

And no thats not how home console works

When a home.console is set any profile on said console can use your games

And then ONLY your profile can roam but you have to connect to live to use Your content on any console except for home

No other profile can roam

Its best not to change your home.console just because one child wants access on another console

Its a hard limit of 5 with possible random survey for another 5

Consider it fortunate some .consoles have a hard limit of 3

Due to players abusing the feature (ps4)

they can't both be your home Xbox.

You all need to be on the same single Home Xbox in order to share games and subscriptions. Some games like call of duty cannot be shared, and access to the cloud is limited to the account holder

since you don't play Xbox I recommend putting one of your children as the lead account, buy the subscription on their account which you can do through the dashboard by going to the game pass icon, and choose their Xbox as both children's home Xbox.

As long as your Xbox isnset up as you home Xbox then anyone who is logged in on it will be allowed to use you game pass games or any other games you own. You can then play any of your games anywhere else you login.

It sure would be nice if Microsoft just allowed us to share our games with our family members. For example, for those of us with multiple children, if they're logged in on multiple Xboxes only the child logged into our "home Xbox" can use our games. Please
Microsoft allow us to share our games with our own children. We cant afford to buy the same fame multiple times in the same family!

Using your account; head into Settings, General, Personalisation and head down to My Home Xbox. Set your console as your home xbox and then try signing out of your account and into one of the children's accounts.
