    Hey there Kirin

    Sorry to hear you are continuing to experience these problems with setting up your Home Console. Do you know if you are able to set the Home console under a different account?

    Also being that it is unable to connect to the service I would recommend going through some basic network troubleshooting to see if this helps. Follow the link below for the support page.

    I've tried the disconnect/reconnect and clearing the alt mac address, but I still have the same issue.

    Hello!

    Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. I understand you're having trouble setting your console's Home Xbox even though it says you have 4 remaining switches. If you've already tried the removing and redownloading profile step
    I would recommend trying a "soft factory reset".
    How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One

    Select the "Keep my games and Apps" option.

    Note: you will need your Microsoft Account Email and Password to recover you're profiles after any reset
