    I type this as I have been on the phone for over an HOUR! I have two valid credit cards on file. I sent funds to one of my kids last night. Went to transfer more $$ and it will not let me! Now I am told that my problem has to be escalated or something that will take 48-72 hours...(!!??) HUH!!???

    OR God Forbid you verify it's me and you transfer the stupid $50 to my son's account.

    Can't anyone at Microsoft fix a simple issue without wasting my time!!??

    After holding for 1 hour and 10 minutes for a Manager, the Rep said that her Manager would call me back when she is finished with her call. According to the Rep, "It will definitely be today". It's almost 3 hours later now with no call. MS support is TERRIBLE. Time to have my family migrate to Playstation and give them my money.

    ...To put this in perspective, my issue here today was only trying to give Microsoft my money. What a terrible way to treat customers, Makes me plan to migrate to Apple Macs as well. Anything to try to get away from Microsoft.

    I need to redeem a Xbox gift card on my Xbox using another account (Microsoft Rewards)

    You would have to try contacting Microsoft Rewards support via the contact link at the bottom of the Rewards site to see if they can send you a code directly instead of depositing it directly. Otherwise, there's no way around it. The funds would only deposit on the account that redeems the points.
