Cannot Select Shipping Address for Warranty Replacement

Please visit Xbox Support and request a call or begin a chat with the virtual agent. If you select the Virtual Agent, please use the phrase "my controller is broke". Then, select your controller type > I have a problem with my controller > My controller doesn't function > Some or all of my controller buttons don't work. After this, you will be prompted to enter the 14-digit serial number for the controller and then will be sent a webform to request a new controller replacement.

Thank you for the reply. This may be mundane, but can you confirm that the serial number of the controller experiencing the issue is the same serial number as the controller that the device information page says is still in warranty? If so, we recommend repeating the previous steps and/or requesting a callback with support. Please let us know if you experience any errors doing so.

Thanks for the reply. I chatted with the Virtual Agent, however upon entering the serial number for my controller, I was told it is out of warranty. However, on my devices information, it says the controller is under warranty until 10/04/2022.

When I try to put a service order in and click on the shipping address it takes me to a page that is broken. It has been like this for the last two weeks and every time I try to get the replacement the same thing happens. The controller is still in warranty and I have the correct serial number. This means I cannot place the shipping order and get the replacement that I need.
