    Hi,

    I rented a film on my Surface RT 8.1 expecting to see it on my desktop pc xbox video app (Windows 8.1). But it's been over a day now and I was expecting it to sync because I use the same account.

    Am I incorrect on expecting this?

    I can see movies on my Surface that were rented from my Desktop!! So I just assumed it would work?

    Xbox Video - Buffering

    Rented movie from Xbox Movies & Videos on 5/14//2016. Enough bandwidth for streaming, but it kept buffering every few minutes, even after 15 minutes of playing. I was streaming on one of my two Surface Pros. The one running 8.1 alone would buffer.

    The 2nd Surface that was running Win 8.1 in dual boot, also buffered. However, in Win 10, it played fine.

    Checked multiple times on Sunday and on Monday to see if there would be any difference.

    None Win 10 Xbox Video rented - Sicario - buffered consistently on Win 8.1.

    Smartglass will not connect on any of my Windows 8.1 devices

    I also cannot connect either mu surface or my windows 8.1 phone using smartglass for Xbox one. It basically does not see my Xbox one. This happens on my phone and my surface 2 rt

    Correct, Rentals can only be viewed on the device with which they were rented on.

    I am using the same MS account on all my devices. Alphajax runs fine on my WP8, my desktop PC running Windows 8.1, my Surface Pro 2. It's only not working on my personal Surface 2 running Windows RT 8.1. Yes, I have launched Windows Store, Xbox Games, and
    done everything I can think of to get this to work. I only have my one personal MS account on all these devices.
