Cannot see enforcement details. How do I contact Microsoft about this?

austinktaylors, if you filed an appeal you should wait for the response of the Enforcement department, there is no other way to contact the Enforcement department and no one else at Microsoft can help you, Communication with the Enforcement department is strictly limited to the method specified above. Neither you nor any other user is authorized to interact with anyone in that department except through the designated link.

Important Xbox will not tolerate any abusive behavior. When submitting an appeal or responding to an agent's request for additional information, do not insult or threaten Microsoft employees or post profane, bigoted, or otherwise inflammatory content. Case review inquiries are subject to the guidelines outlined in the Xbox Community Guidelines. Disregarding these rules may result in closure of the case review. Especially offensive violations may result in additional disciplinary action from Xbox.

Can you contact them for your enforcement team to see on my recording screenshots on Xbox about the problem of the situation of it because I've been falsely accused having hacks and I cannot send any appeals because of the denial of my account and on my permanently suspended it has no details of how I was being which is supposed to have details of how you were ban?

The Enforcement Team does not post here on the forums. The only way to get in contact with them is to submit a case review, if you're eligible.

Log on to http://enforcement.xbox.com to review your suspension details, and see if you're eligible for a case review.

I cannot submit a case review.. the suspension isn't on my account.. I sign into the enforcement page and I scroll down and I see no suspension... so therefore I am not able to submit a case review. I contacted the support line on Microsoft and they told
me about my suspension.. but I am un able to file a case review since I cannot see the suspension penalty on my account on the enforcement page.

There is an issue with the messaging, and Microsoft is aware of the situation and are working to resolve it.

There is nothing we can actively do here; all enforcement or suspension questions must go through the Enforcement team.
