    Cannot Restore No-Ads Subscription in Microsoft Solitaire Collection on Android


    I have spoken with 5-6 people in Chat this evening and got nowhere. They advised me to remove Solitaire from all devices except the Android phone and then uninstall and reinstall the app, then click Restore Purchase. When I do that, the option is greyed out, and I get the message, "There was an error attempting to restore your purchase. If the problem persists. please visit https://aka.ms/mssolitaireandroidsupport." That link did not produce the desired result at all. Can someone please help?

    Unfortunately, the Google Play Store can only help with Google apps and purchases.

    We will wait until Game Support responds.

    If you’re signed in to the correct account/profile in the app and the option to restore purchases is still greyed out, you would need to submit a request to Microsoft Casual Games Support to properly address the issue. Be sure to include as much detailed info as possible so that it can be looked into. You can always share this thread with them for reference.

    As this involves the Google Play Store, perhaps also contact Google Support to see if there’s anything they can do from their side.

    Unfortunately, this did not help either.

    1. Cleared the Play Store data and uninstalled and reinstalled. No change.

    2. Uninstalled again, turned off the phone and cleared the cache, and reinstalled. No change either.

    The Restore Purchases button remains greyed out, and we still get the same error message.
