Cannot renew Minecraft Realms Subscription

Hi all, I'll get straight to the point, here's my problem. I've recently run into a problem where when I open Minecraft to renew my realm subscription on the Mojang website, I get greeted with two error messages overlapping each other, the first:

1. ERROR

Oops! Your cart is invalid. That can be either because you already own what you are trying to purchase or because the product you are trying to purchase can not be combined with what you already own.

and second:

2. YOU DON'T HAVE PERMISSION TO PURCHASE

This is strange because my account is a standalone account and I am 20 years old, why should a parent be managing my account, I check that in the family organiser and I was the only one in the family. So I tried adding a parent account, and made it older than myself, didn't work. I've allowed 'create and join clubs,' didn't work. I've added my debit card, didn't work.

I've contacted Mojang support and they had some ideas, but they were mostly the same, and I hate to sound like a broken record player, but it didn't work. I need help, I'm completely stumped. I've never ever run into a problem like this with anything else.

No, not trying to renew a trial. Yeah, I tried to renew it just yesterday and still having the same problem, Microsoft has been contacted but nothing came out from that :/

If you have Minecraft for Windows 10, and you’re trying to purchase Java under the account that has Minecraft W10, then I believe it will not let you purchase it since it’s free.

However, if that’s not the case:

1. Remove full cart

2. Log out, log in

3. Try finding Java directly and see if it’s available for purchase.

(You may find that removing all payment methods may help the process)
