Cannot remove the billing addresses from my Microsoft account

This is the message I get when I’m trying to edit or remove it: this address is used by your purchases and subscriptions. You can edit it here. If you no longer wish to use this account, you may close it.

It doesn’t let me remove it no matter what browser I’m using, and that’s why I’m asking you to remove the addresses for me.

You cannot create @live.com addresses.

Have you already created the new account?

The biggest issue is removing the old address could remove the old address from your Microsoft account.

- Yes, I was trying to replace/update my existing card details

- Unfortunately, I am unable to remove due to my game pass subscription being linked to the card. For the billing address though, as I am unable to put the entire address in the fields provided, I have shortened it so that it would fit.
