Cannot remove game from computer

I downloaded Conan Exiles through the xbox pc app today, and enabled mods. I added a /mods folder to the directory, and then realized it was on my second ssd, so I had to transfer it through apps to C. When I transferred it the game split into two folder for some reason, one only contained mods and the other everything else. The game wouldn't launch because it was trying to launch through the folder with just mods in it, so I decided to uninstall. When I uninstalled it removed just the mods folder, and the rest of the game is there still. It is taking up 100+ gbs on my solid state and I do not want to have to do a restore on my PC, any help would be appreciated. I have given myself access to the folder and full permissions, but it says that I cannot delete the folder still. (The exact words are " System does not have access to this folder". ) I also cannot give myself edit permissions for the individual folder, when I hit change owner it just replaces the permissions screen with one that doesn't say change owner... This is Freemymamma, I had to create an account to respond. Fluid Storms, the game cannot be deleted through control panel because the game was not showing up in control panel. AetherwispZA, the same as above, game does not show up in apps. ooO StAsH Ooo, I think you may have posted on the wrong forum. Robby Sayles, it doesnt show in programs and features section. The only way I could tell it was still on my harddrive is by going into windowsapps and seeing that it was there, and the fact that I had a missing 104~ gb on my harddrive. Paul1708, no, that is not correct sorry. It is a games added through the xbox app, and it is not baked into the OS, however it is locked in an inaccessible spot of the harddrive. If you use the xbox app, there is an install for the specific game Conan Exiles, and then there is an uninstall button for the game Conan Exiles, it is not required and it is not supposed to stay on the harddrive after hitting uninstall.
I contacted support and had someone control my computer and they could not remove it no matter what they tried, but they did uninstall a bunch of my other stuff. I ended up putting windows installation media on a USB, completing wiping both my harddrives, reformatting them, and reinstalling windows, that managed to solve the problem. Won't risk using the xbox app again until they remove xbox games from the windowsApps folders and make them deletable
