Cannot remove files for Forza Horizon 4

"If you have done the uninstall via the app there is always the option to try add/remove programs." I'm not sure what that means. I have already done the uninstall from the Xbox app. It is no longer listed there or
anywhere else in the system where I can say add/remove program. It cannot be manually removed because the dumb Microsoft app system keeps all these files protected. Moreover simply deleting something in Program Files does not necessarily uninstall the program
properly. This could cause issues down the line.

If you have done the uninstall via the app there is always the option to try add/remove programs. Otherwise if you are certain that is the game directory you can always manually remove it.

This is still an issue. I cannot view Forza Horizon 4 captures on XBOX.COM!

For me is Forza Horizon 4 but i don't like games being removed every months.
