Cannot relink Microsoft account to the original ps4 account that it was linked to in the...

Since the third email address you used did not show you the error message about sign in with the correct Microsoft account linked to the PSN account, I think it is the correct one.

But since it just resets the sign up page, try to power reset your PS4 and try to sign in again with your Microsoft account:

1​​. Turn off your console and your router/modem.

2. Unplug all the cables from both devices (power, HDMI, etc..) and wait 2 minutes.

3. After 2 minutes, plug all the cables in again on your router/modem and wait for all the lights to show up.

​​​4. Plug all the cables on your console and turn it on.

Load Minecraft and while the game is loading, press and hold the L1 + R1 buttons. By doing so, the game will clear its cache.

Try to sign in with your Microsoft account and let me know how it goes.

Thanks for explaining, my friend. I understand you scan the QR with your phone, then you get redirected to a login page on the Minecraft website.

Are you able to use a different phone to test? Maybe this is just a cache issue with your phone.

Or we can try to clear the phone web browser cache. What web browser is being used to open the login page after you scan the QR code?

Hi Lucas, thank you for the suggestion. I will try that solution out now and get back to you if it works.

However, I wasn't clear enough in my original post. When I said that it resets the sign up page, I meant that the sign up page on my phone would reset back to the section where I need to input my email address. I accessed this page by scanning the QR code shown in game.

I will get back to you about if my issue is resolved with your original instructions, if not, would you have any other solutions given my further explanation? Thank you very much for your help

Hi Lucas, apologies for late replies.

Unfortunately it didn't work.

I tried logging in by accessing the website on my laptop rather than my phone, and I still faced the same problem of being taken back to the start of the login sequence. This was done using Google chrome, on both my phone and laptop

I then tried to complete the login using Opera instead, and still had the same problems.

I believe it may be a problem with incorrect passwords? Because when I try to log in to Microsoft normally using the email that we both believe to be the correct one, the passwords are labelled as incorrect

I have tried to recover the account, but I do not have enough information in my recovery form to be granted assistance.

Do you know of any other solutions to the Minecraft sign in problems? I will continue to work on figuring out the correct password

Hi again Lucas, I tried your suggestion of power resetting my console and clearing the cache, but I'm still having the issue as I described in my first reply.

Just to give more context

I scan the QR code given by my Minecraft game using my phone, in order to go to the login page

I input my desired email address (I'm using the 3rd one, as you believe this to be the correct one)

I input my password

The website then asks me to input the code displayed on my PS4 screen

I input this code, the website refreshes and I am taken back to the section to input my email.

I hope this helps a bit more for determining the problem. Thank you again for your help with this
