    cannot reinstall owned games. says files are corrupted


    i have modern warfare on disc and i uninstalled it for space but i have friends who still wanted to play warzone so i installed the free version but it wont install. the menu that pops up says that the files are corrupted. the error code is 0x80070570

    i tried power cycling my xbox but it did not resolve the issue. i have a xbox one s

    Yes because i want you to uninstall the game and reinstall the game, the link was to help you reinstall the game as its a corrupt file causing the issue, please uninstall and reinstall the game.

    without doing this step we cannot narrow down the issue.

    If you're playing with a disc (say the old xbox one version) then it could be the disc is damaged. If it's happening on only one world it could be a corrupt save file. Respectively you'd have to get a new disc or delete the corrupted save file. If it's
    not either of those issues, maybe try reinstalling the game?
