Cannot reinstall games that I already own

    Cannot reinstall games that I already own


    I have been playing Microsoft Puzzle for quite some time. The game would not reinstall and the message was that the purchase can't be completed, error code 0xc03f300d. I have had various Microsoft games for some time and it shows that I own them, but they
    cannot be installed. I tried other Microsoft games with a similar result. I am very frustrated.

    Please make sure that you are using the account that bought the digital game.

    I am trying to download a game on my Xbox one that I own on the 360. However it says I need to buy the game again. Any advice?

    You can either select it through the xbox live marketpalce and will give you the option to redownload instead of purchasing. You can also go through account management in the last section of your dashboard on your xbox. Then select download history, select
    mincraft, and you can redownload from there.

    Once the game releases, you should be able to buy it as a gift. They just don't allow the gift option on pre-orders.

    Reinstall a game that I already have installed and reinstalled

    AVG Antivirus was the culprit, blocking the game's exe. I had to add an exception to the game's folder and reinstall as AVG couldn't restore the file from the quarantine list.
