Cannot reinstall game

    Cannot reinstall game


    I was running into a lot of bugs with Halo MCC and attempted to do a full reinstall but now the game is stuck completely unplayable. Both the windows store and xbox gamepass app recognize the app as uninstalled but I can still see it in the modifiable windows program folder. So it cannot be installed and when I try to delete it directly from the folder nothing happens. What do I need to do to reinstall this game? (On a side note I'm getting seriously annoyed by the MCC flighting programs because every time I do one it causes a bunch of issues with the main game and eventually just need to reinstall the whole game because of the flighting program)

    Hey, I'm unfamiliar with that game so I did a little bit of searching on the internet about it. I believe I found the right game and the right developer for it. So I found the link to their support website. Hopefully you can send a support ticket through
    their troubleshooting link because if uninstalling and reinstalling it (a classic fix-all-go-to) doesn't work, you may need official help.

    have you tried to hard reset your console?

    Hold Power Button For 10 Seconds Until The Console Has Completely Turned Off!

    see if this resolves your issue if it doesn't please let us know :)

    I already tried what is listed there, the game is listed as uninstalled in the Microsoft store and gamepass app so those methods do not work.
