    Cannot reinstall existing digital games, dropping to 0%


    Hello,

    I have seen someone else post similar but I have been through multiple things myself after googling and it is driving me mad.

    I have Xbox One S and am trying to reinstall Conan Exiles which I unistalled the other month. It makes progress up to about 20% to 40% and drops to 0%, I do not get any error codes. I tried a second digital game I already own and it had same issue so cannot be Conan Exiles.

    This is what I have tried:

    - I have disconnected and restarted my broadband (I have xbox on cable not wifi)

    - I have restarted the xbox

    - I have reset my xbox at first removing saved files but not games / apps

    - I have factory reset it too and it is STILL not working

    - I have no external hard drive, just the built in disc drive

    - I had enough space on here before all above

    - all console up to date, I kept checking

    These games purchased last year on the same account I have always used and the same console. I have proof of ownership when signing into xbox website, shows on my history, but on xbox itself as you know it only shows last 3 months so they not showing there.

    Has anyone got any ideas what next please? I am not an expert on all this stuff, only took above steps after googling not through experience. It is driving me mad and stressing me out as I have some free time at the moment and wanted to enjoy playing Conan again, thanks.

    I see Jim. :/ Don't you know anyone who you could borrow the pc from, just do download and put the file on a flash drive?

    Unfortunately not.

    I just tested another digital game that I got only last month and it installed successfully.

    But the two games I got in the last year are not reinstalling. Could this be an issue with licensing or something? I cannot understand why it would be if it is same console and account, thanks

    Thank you for your response, unfortunately I do not have the hardware to do this so it looks like I may be in trouble. It has certainly put me off ever buying from the xbox store from now on, I am sticking purely to hard discs. Or may change to Playstation.

    If could be just a temporary glitch with those games in the store. Sometimes this could happen, it's not an issue with your console, but just an instability with the tittles. I advise you to give it some time and try again later Jim.
