    HAve you try it again? Try it from another device, and other Daytime. and than when the full xboxlive Service available
    support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-status

    I have registered all 3. When I contact support they say they cannot find my serial numbers, but i'm looking at them on the registered device page. I even got ahead of the game and made sure my Xbox One and Kinect were registered weeks ahead of the Xbox
    One S release. 2016 and MS cannot even assist loyal customers in a proper fashion. Pathetic....
