Cannot register a Xbox 360 controller in order to make guarantee work.

If your controller still does not work correctly, it will have to be replaced. You can order a replacement Xbox 360 controller from the Xbox Online Service Center. You must register your console to replace a controller under warranty.

If the troubleshooting guide provided does not work, make sure to register your console at
http://myservice.xbox.com. and order a replacement controller

I know that the xbox one controllers will work om the xbox series x so they should but I cannot guarantee it, we will have to wait and see

go to https://account.microsoft.com/devices/ and make sure the controller is registered (if it isn't registered you will need to register it)

then select the controller and start an online service order
