You cannot redeem trial codes for game pass if you ever had game pass on your account before. Doesn't matter if it is from a promotion, trial period or purchased.

But if you never had game pass on your account in the past, you need to contact the seller of this code. Xbox is not responsible for unofficial third party resellers' codes.

You cannot redeem them at the same time. Redeem one code, then wait for the pass to expire (make sure you've cancelled the auto-renew) then redeem the second code.

Make sure you redeem on an account without an active Xbox Game Pass subscription. Accounts with an active subscription cannot redeem these trial codes. Note, Trial codes may not work if you previously had one of these subscriptions on this account.

If you have an active Game Pass subscription, it is impossible to redeem the code, let me know if this is your case.

Hi. I read your comment and it still doesn't help. The Peacock website is asking me to redeem a code from my Xbox Games Pass. I never received a code. I just got the QR code to open the website. So I cannot redeem something that I don't have.

Since it's already been redeemed there's nothing that could be done. Codes will only redeem what they're made for. So even if it's an Xbox code, but you redeem it through the PC, you would still get Xbox content. So it would have been bought as a Game Pass for PC code instead of Game Pass for console.
