Cannot redeem my promotion codes for Dues Ex

So long story short, absoluty no benifit at all for me to pay and pre order this game, sorta of wish I knew that before oh well you live and learn

 

Do you think Microsoft would like to offer me something else for rushing and pre ordering the game, as they never informed me, "that oh by the way you will actualy have to be in the same location as your billing accout to recieve this promotion ????

 

No. It's up to you to provide the correct billing information for your location. It is not recommended to create an account for a region you're not in for this very reason.

 

i provided the correct billing information to my home address in the UK where my credit cards are registered.

And who says it is not recomended to have an acount in my home region and live somewhere differant, am I the only person in the entire world who moved due to work, I moved to China in 2012 its impossible to create an account here as I cannot pay in this
region, because foreigners cannot get Chinese credit card, so I have NO OTHER OPTION, what a waste of time you lot are.

and just for your information I went through all this billing and payment and differant regions with Xbox support before I purchased and X1 and was told to this this !!!!

 

I havent revieved the free game code at all. Please tell me how to get it.it has been 12 days already where as maximum days promised was 7-10 days

And you aren't allowed to change your region to get different offers

And yes offers are region specific

You must follow the rules and regulations of your actual region

I’m getting “region” errors

In order to have the best experience on the marketplace, make sure that your account region and physical location match. Your account region was set when you first created your Gamertag and can be checked by going to commerce.microsoft.com > Payment & billing
> Billing overview.

 

Region locked content means that UK content is not licensed for anywhere but UK as per the terms of use

am i breaking any laws ?????, I am not changing my location to get offers, its actual fact I have a house in the UK and a house in China, my credit cards are regisitered to my UK address, so that is my billing address as your billing must be the same as
your payment cards which is THE UK

I work and live in China, and when I pre ordered the new Dues Ex game, I was not aware the offer content was region locked otherwise I would not be wasting my life explaining everything time and time again to people who dont get understand simple facts,
so you know what you can do with the free offers
