Cannot redeem Gears of war 3 code n Xbox ONE

HI Xbox team,

I bought :

Gears of war 4 - ok

Gears ultimate version - Ok

Gears 2 - OK

And gears 3 don't work. i have the same message i see in all others post....

You can’t acquire this item in your currently selected language. Change your language region in Settings

but you will tell me that you must:

Your microsoft account and the location on your console may be set to your current location (in my case LuXEMBOURG),

now PLEEEESE say me how to find LUXEMBOURG on the site MICROSOFT ???? It's impossible....?

I live in Luxembourg friends, how do I do ???? Can not choose Luxembourg on the console. I have Belgium or France ??

I have this problem as well. I live in the UK and have download codes for all 4 Gears of War games (1, 2, 3 & Judgement). I cannot redeem Gear 1 or 3 but 2 and Judgement redeemed fine.

This error seems to indicate that your Xbox Live account region may not match your current physical location. The Gears of War games are very particular and everything must match correctly in order for them to be redeemed. Try running your account through
the migration tool and try redeeming again.

It's a big joke this generation of microsoft. I have xbox one -it since day 1 and ALWAYS things that are not good.

Try to redeem the code on the xbox app or on xbox.com to see if that changes it

I researched the problem a little bit online and it seems more users were having problems accessing content on the Luxembourg region of the Xbox Live marketplace. It seems that its limited in what's available, so unfortunately you're kind of stuck with
what you got. Sorry man.
