I have attempted to submit a form many, many times. Obviously it hasn’t worked. The account has no alternate recovery options and only connected to any other account by the Xbox family thing.

I no longer have the Xbox that the account was created on and I never used the account for anything other than playing Xbox.

You can try filling the recovery form (you have 2 opportunities every day) until it gets accepted

Please note that no one here including regular Microsoft Support is capable to send password reset links or modify account details for security policies

I cannot do that since they changed the email address of the account and now when i try to recover it i get an error: The Microsoft account you've entered does not exist.
