    i tried recording a game clip but the game bar keeps saying cannot record try again later the hardware i have is compatible with game dvr but cant seem to be able to record clips

    Let's try to isolate this issue so that we could figure out why you can't record game clips using the Game DVR in Windows 10. Since you recently installed the latest Windows 10 update, have you tried updating your drivers? If not, you may refer to this

    link     on how to update your drivers. Also, I suggest that you try to disable and re-enable Game Bar from
    Settings > Gaming.
