    Cannot reactivate the app


    Hi,

    My apps didn't work and I accidentally removed the Microsoft Solitaire Collection from the screen by right-clicking.

    When I tried to download it again from the Store, I couldn't because I get the message that the app is already installed.

    Constantly have to reactivate Showtime app

    Every time I open Showtime Anytime I have to reactivate it. Same with the Bravo app.

    If the recover forum is returned that you cannot provide enough info to reactivate the account.

    Then you can contact Xbox Support and they should be able to escalate your account with information from the recovery attempt and your console to try reset your password and reactivate your account

    Is the HBO GO app down?

    I have tried multiple fixes for this and still cannot get this app to work. Only the error screen. I believe if I could just get into it to deactivate it, I could then reactivate it and maybe would work then. Using Charter internet with pretty high speeds.
    All my other apps and online gaming work just fine

    Cannot reactivate old account/Gamertag

    Sorry but nothing can be transferred to another gamertag. However, if you don't know the email of the tag in question then contact phone support for assistance. So long as you can answer some account specific questions they'll be able to provide the email
    to you.
