    Cannot purchase Xbox 360 games on website


    I was attempting to take advantage of Games with Gold to get XCOM: Enemy Unknown for free, and found that it was not possible to purchase on the Xbox One. Accepting this, I then attempted to move my purchase to the Xbox website, where I ran into the same
    issue. The issue here is that whenever I attempt the purchase, it requires billing information, which I would gladly give, if not for the fact that clicking on the link to "Change Payment Options" redirects me to the American site and forces me to input US
    billing information, when my Canadian billing info is already on file with address and credit card info. To make matters worse, there is no option to change the country in the billing info page, so I am stuck there.

    You'll have to buy the game on here,
    the website    , or on a Xbox 360. You cannot purchase Xbox 360 content through Xbox One.

    Xbox 360 games can be purchased using Microsoft account credit on a 360 console. They cannot be purchased with account credit on an Xbox One or the Xbox website.

    It's because of your account to download any 360 games on xbox one you have to make it with a parental account or a 360

    Xbox one parental permissions aren't compatible with 360 games so regardless of your parental settings you cannot make the purchase on the xbox one or website
