    Cannot purchase Microsoft Complete for my X Series


    I am logged into the store, I can see the product Microsoft Complete for Xbox £39.00. However the buy button is not accessible.

    I have tried to contact support for a call back but that is not working either, can anyone advise what to do as I purchased direct form Microsoft.

    www.squartrade.com has been offering deals nearly every day lately - 30-40% off. Makes it cheaper than the warranty direct through MS. Might be worth checking out.

    I am having similar problem here. I have taken to the next step by contacting the Microsoft Customer Service Support. First they claimed that they had problem processing the payment via PayPal and requested me to add a credit card to the account, which I
    could not comprehend why. I added the credit card to my account anyway but till now, I am still not able to complete the purchase. Does anybody know how can I escalate this issue so that it gets appropriate attention?

    Thanks for the suggestion. I have contacted Xbox Customer Support and they are encountering the same problem as I am when they try to add it for me at their end so that I can purchase over the phone. It has been escalated and they are calling me back within
    the next week with an update, but they are unsure why they can't do it as the console is displaying as eligible for them as well.

    Strange... hopefully they can get it resolved.
